Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, intimate apparel, opened cosmetics, or any item marked as “final sale.”
2. How to Initiate a Return

Submit a Request: Log into your Jolly Express account, locate your order, and click “Request Return.”

Reason for Return: Choose an option from the dropdown (e.g., “Wrong size,” “Defective,” or “Changed mind”).

Receive Authorization: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions within 2 business days.
3. Shipping Your Return

Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original box or a comparable sturdy package.

Labeling: Write the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

Shipping Method: Use a trackable, insured shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a Jolly Express error.
4. Refund Processing

Inspection: Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for our team to inspect the item.

Approval: If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
5. Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our Support Team within 3 days of delivery at info@jollyexpress.shop (subject line: “Damaged Item – Order #XXXXX”). We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 1 hour of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your item may already be in transit.
